Finnagain Beginagain, or just Finn to his friends. Finnagain Beginagain, or just Finn to his friends. Finn is an adorable 1 year old Pointer/American Bulldog/Staffie/ Boxer mix.... we're not sure and frankly, we really don't care. He's a deserving luv bug and that's what matters. Finn was adopted as a cute, cuddly puppy from the Pasadena shelter, taken home to live a happy forever life (or so he thought) and given the name White Boy. If that wasn't bad enough, he escaped his yard and was hit by a car. Instead of getting him the medical care he needed, his family dumped him back at the Pasadena shelter. He’s all healed and feeling well and ready for his FOREVER home. |

Gemma Looking at that face just makes ya want to giggle. Have you ever seen a dog with freckles? Gemma is one of those mystery dogs…. her head looks like it could be a St. Bernard, Swiss Mountain Dog but her body looks smaller and longer. Hmmm….. She sure is cute though and those freckles! Gemma is 6 – 8 months old, still very much a puppy – sweet and playful. She currently weighs 40 lbs and could grow to be much larger or not. She is spayed and microchipped but may require additional vaccinations. |

Hazel Hazel is a one year old Chihuahua and yes, she's a little spit fire! Hazel is blind in one eye, partially blind in the other and may go completely blind eventually. Hazel is good with other dogs, once she becomes comfortable and knows they are not going to harm her. She loves to play and go for rides in the car. Hazel is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. |

Brownie I am a 1 ½ year old, NEUTERED, MICROCHIPPED, brown Shepherd, Pit Bull Terrier & Lab mix I was on the red list to be euthanized but luckily I was rescued in the 11 th hour!! I am playful (best w/medium or large dogs) and child friendly. I have good leash manners, I know "sit, heel, down and even know how to shakes hands. I will need additional training to ensure I remain a well behaved, well balanced boy. Brownie is human loving, calm, confident and loves belly rubs! He is a strong, muscular boy who needs the right mix of exercise, discipline and affection to reach his potential...a very approachable, loving, & outgoing buddy. |

BILLY JACK Billy Jack is a mellow little guy. He was severely neglected when we rescued him but with the love of a wonderful foster home, he’s now feeling great and ready to find his forever home. He is a Lhasa Apso, approximately 4 years old. Billy Jack has been neutered, microchipped and updated on all vaccinations. |

BEAU RILEY Beau Riley is one of the most neglected dogs I’ve ever rescued. At a young age of approximately 16 months this poor boy has no top or bottom teeth probably from being tethered his whole life and bad nutrion. As a result of so much stress, he has developed a chronic colitis problem. Through it all, he remains one of the happiest dogs ever, thus he’s earned the nickname Disney. Beau Riley is a Finnish Spitz mix, he loves people and other nice dogs. He’s very loyal, a trait of a Spitz, and would be an incredible companion for someone looking to adopt a life long friend. He would be best in a home with secure yard. He is neutered, microchipped and updated on vaccinations. |

Shiraz Shiraz was rescued from the South LA shelter the day she and her cell mate, Jezzie, were to be euthanized. Her previous guardian, battling cancer, couldn’t care for her any longer. Although we will consider splitting Shiraz and Jezzie up, it would be wonderful for them to find a home together. She is a very sweet, three year old Sheperd mix. She is sweet with children, other friendly dogs but we are not sure about cats. Shiraz has had no formal training but is learning to walk well on leash. Luna Lady Lab Luna is a sophisticated Lab mix, 4 years young. As most of our rescues, Luna’s time was up and we stepped in to rescue her just in the nick of time. Luna was a shelter favorite. She loves to go on walks but also loves lounging around with you. She likes other friendly dogs but cats…. we’re not sure. She has good manners, walks well on a leash, likes car rides and is playful although not quite as playful as a puppy. She’s a really awesome girl! Luna is sweet, loving and loyal and ready for her forever home.

Samson Samson is a gentle giant with a heart as big as his head. During his stay in the shelter, he was a shelter staff favorite. Sanson had to have surgery to repair a broken hip he suffered after being hit by a car. After rescuing him, we raised the money for the surgery to repair his broken hip. He is healing and recovering well. He is a Shepard mix (maybe Rotti - maybe Mastiff) we just can’t be sure. But one thing we are sure of – HE IS SUPER SWEET!! He is approximately 1 year old, loves people, good with cats and other friendly dogs. His best friend was a grumpy feline named Julius. Although sweet as sugar, he is a big boy and would be best suited for an experienced animal handler. He is neutered, micro-chipped and updated on all vaccinations. The only thing he needs now is a loving forever home.

Prima Prima is an amazingly resilient, kind-hearted dog in need of a forever home. There doesn't seem to be anything she doesn't do right, she really is a dream dog. Knows her commands, comes when she's called, walks beautifully on a leash, doesn't demand attention just wants to know she's not alone. She's housebroken, spayed, microchipped and healthy.
